This delicious and refreshing iced coffee recipe uses instant coffee and is so easy to make! Now, I love a good, quality cup of hot coffee with freshly ground beans and the perfect coffee-to-water ratio. However, sometimes a craving for iced coffee hits. And, while a homemade cold brew is great, let’s be honest: who has time for that.
This recipe makes a foamy, creamy iced coffee in less than 5 minutes. As written below, this recipe will make enough for one small mason jar.

You’ll need:
- Approximately 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup milk of your choice (you could also use 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water)
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee (I used Nescafe but any brand will do)
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or other sweetener of your choice
Just put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy!
