While I absolutely love the holiday season and selecting gifts for my friends and family, I dread being asked what I want for Christmas. This is mainly because, if I really want something, I tend to just go out and buy it for myself, and I rarely put together a wishlist. So this year, I thought it would be a good idea to take some time to come up with a few gift ideas that I would be happy to see under the tree.
Putting together a wishlist is always fun, however, I truly do not need any of these things – especially this year, given that many people have been financially affected, or will be separated from their families this holiday season. On that note, if we are able, I think it is so important to support small businesses (especially during the holidays), and I have included a couple items from a fantastic Canadian Etsy shop (see items 8 and 12).
